Brief Description:

The Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship, offered by the Government of Canada, provides two year fellowships to eligible postdoctoral students nationally and internationally.

There are no limits to the number of applicants that may apply to the Banting Fellowship opportunity, but those who wish to be hosted by Harvard University must include with their application an Institutional Letter of Endorsement signed by the Vice Provost for Research.

The Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship, offered by the Government of Canada, provides two year fellowships to eligible postdoctoral students nationally and internationally.

There are no limits to the number of applicants that may apply to the Banting Fellowship opportunity, but those who wish to be hosted by Harvard University must include with their application an Institutional Letter of Endorsement signed by the Vice Provost for Research.

Applicants requesting an Institutional Letter of Endorsement are asked to provide the Office of the Vice Provost for Research with a copy of their proposed Supervisor's Statement .

Please note: Applicants applying to be hosted at one of Harvard University's teaching hospitals must follow up with the appropriate administrative department at the respective hospital. Letters signed by the Vice Provost for Research are limited to applicants who will work in spaces physically located on one of Harvard University Campuses (Cambridge or Longwood).

Applicants requesting a signed Letter of Institutional Endorsement from Harvard University in support of their Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship application should select "Apply" to this opportunity.

After selecting "Apply" applicants will be directed to an electronic dashboard where they will provide contact information and upload a copy of their proposed Supervisor's Statement.
