Brief Description:

The Brain Research Foundation's Scientific Innovation Award provides funding for innovative science in both basic and clinical neuroscience. This funding is designed to support creative, exploratory, cutting edge research in well-established research laboratories, under the direction of established investigators.

Harvard University, as a single institution, may nominate one senior faculty member to submit a mandatory Letter of Intent during the first phase of the BRF 2020 SIA competition.

The Office of the Vice Provost for Research is facilitating an internal application process for eligible applicants.

Please Note: Applicants from HMS (Quad), or a Harvard affiliated hospital should follow up with the Foundation Funds office at Harvard Medical School.
